OUR SERVICES
GENERAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT
We own and manage rural GP practices, delivering essential, high quality healthcare and helping communities, who would otherwise face limited access to a GP, receive reliable, ongoing support.
MENTAL AND ALLIED HEALTH SERVICES
Our mental health clinicians offer compassionate, evidence based support through telehealth and in person services. We also provide chronic disease management to help individuals understand and manage their conditions.
RURAL HEALTHCARE ADVOCACY
We advocate for stronger rural health outcomes, working with communities and stakeholders to ensure their needs are heard and supported through meaningful, long term action.
Rural Health Group’s Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Program, delivered in partnership with FNQ PHN, is making healthcare more accessible for people with long-term health conditions. By focusing on early intervention and regular care, the program helps prevent complications and reduces unnecessary pressure on emergency departments.
