The Wowan Outreach Clinic, operated by Baralaba Private Clinic (BPC), provides essential healthcare services to the Wowan community 1 – 1.5 days each week at the Wowan/Dululu Multi-Purpose Centre. Supported by Checkup Outreach Funding, a GP and receptionist travel weekly to deliver accessible primary care, assisted by a local nurse funded through Checkup. All appointments can be easily booked through BPC, and updates about clinic days and services are regularly shared through Wowan’s weekly community newsletter.

Standard GP appointments, face to face and telehealth will all be bulk billed for patients who hold an eligible Medicare card.
